So today I went to the Reptile Expo here in San Diego (did anybody else notice that geckos are taking over the world?) and found the male butter that I have been coveting for months. So I bought him!! He is a month old little hateling with beautiful yellow and gold colors. I have named him Jasper. My new camera arrives tomorrow and once he has had some proper time to settle in and rest then I will take some photos and post them.

Yay!!! ::happy dance::

Thats great...congrats! I love Butters and the name Jasper is very cute. There's an expo coming up soon around me, but I know if I go I won't be able to resist all the beautiful corns!

Ohh and be sure to post pics soon!

A LOT of different Gecko's were there for sure.. $9 & up
Bearded Dragons too, from $15 to $1000..
One table in the back had a lot of Butters!

Congrats on your newest addition.. Eagerly awaiting Pics!

Ok!!!

So, I was gonna give the little tyke a chance to settle in after his long (12 minutes) ride home, but when I got home from work this morning, he was up and about, chilling next to his hide. He is so pretty!!! Here's a pic I snapped.

When he didnt leave, I could not resist going and getting my close-up lens set and grabbing as many as I could. (I will post those pics and some updated pics of Kate in the photo gallery).
