Hi there! Yeah, apparently it is. I found this out when I was talking to one of the workers at Petco about a year ago, and I just looked it up on the city ordinances, and it's illegal in BG to even own a "constricting snake." I'm not sure how serverely that's upheld, since I know a few people who own corn snakes. ::shrug:: -
