I love clams and muscles, soft shell crab, boiled shrimp, and raw oysters....all of which have their own peak seasons.

Boudin, crawfish etouffee, and seafood gumbo. And will be again before Christmas. Nothing like hot (with heat) seafood gumbo on a cold winter day. I could eat shrimp until I exploded.
I had a great Thanksgiving a month and a half ago, remember I'm Canadian.
