Okay, to become ACR Registered, go to this site: http://www.herpregistry.com/acr/

Under the "Register/Transfer" drop down, click "Sign Up As A Breeder".

Fill in your information, and click "Submit Record". You should receive your breeders certificate in the mail very soon and your star will be placed on the map on that site, showing that you are the breeder in your area.
