    I actually have 34qt tubs.
    But if you tell me where you got them I'm sure I can look online and find the measurements for them. The measurements for mine were listed on the item description on the walmart website.

    Yeah I ordered a butter/stripe motley from SMR. I only wanted a motley, but I guess I got a freebie with the stipe! I also ordered an amel stripe. Those two will be lovers to make some butter stripes.
    I decided the names will be jude and lucy for the bloods, and pam and jim for the amel and butter..(you know..from the office!) haha

    I would love to go ahead and pick up an Amel Stripe, Butter Motley, Amel Motley, or just a good ole' Anery. Depends on what I can find, and what my $$ limit will be...

    PS...I just found that most of those boards are 12" wide/deep...which is the depth of both the 10gal, and the 20 gal long tanks...the 15qt tubs that I use (I think you have the same ones) I think would fit on a 12" deep shelf...if so I would need to find "adult size" tubs that could fit on it.......hey, if you are near your tubs, could you see measure one for me :D ? I am at work :(

    Where do you get the melamine with the pre-made holes for the pegs to put the shelves on?

    Exactly...the 1X1's will run under the shelves...I don't trust those little pegs that go in the holes....and they will connect the two units...they'll serve me a dual-purpose...but I think that may be the easiest attempt at my first rack :D Hopefully before the April show I can have it up and going...

    You know of any good plans? I have found a few on here but idk if there is more that I am missing or if there are other sites with plans or what!

    So I ordered my flexwatt like last week..or the week before?..anyways I get an email saying it will be here (my dorm...) on monday the 16th...the first day of spring break...
    and of course I will be at home...
    Oh well...surely I will figure something out until I can get up here to get the flexwatt and get it back home to hook it all up...

    P.S. I am really startin to freak about building a rack! I keep thinking I'll be ok and I know what I wanna do...and then uncertainty hits me! Oh well...I guess we will just find out when the time comes!

    Hehe yeah, I saw those pics, they're cool! It makes me remember how small August and Ninja use to be, when they were on pinks hahaha! Now they're growing, and on fuzzies, and I can't wait til they're HUUUGE!!! :D

    No Worries. Very new to all this, but is very addictive, I have a growing list of reptiles (and not just corns), just have to convince my wife it is a good thing! lol.
