2nd generation Miami Tessera babies!!

I started using Carol's trick of waiting a week past shed before I offer first meal. I've had a higher success rate in getting them to eat.

More pictures :)
The first three are of Brokk, the sire, to show his transformation from hatchling, to now.
You can see that some of the babies have the same type of look that Brokk has, and should turn out more like him.
Pic #1-Brokk hatchling
Pic #2-growing up
Pic #3-all grown up
Pic #4- 7/6/14 (it's hard to get a decent full body picture, he is very active!)

I think a few of the Tessera's are going to look like Brokk. :)
I'm looking forward to seeing how all of these babies turn out!!

DAI-11 is the only one who is confirmed to have a new home so far. I will be feeding them a few more meals before they will be ready to go to new homes, but if there is a baby that you are interested in, please let me know.

This does not commit you to buying that one, it just puts you in line for option to buy when they are ready to go.

I'm still want 10

I still have you 1st on that one if I don't opt to hold onto her.
There was recent discussion about head patterns, and she is the only one with that specifc head pattern, so I might hold onto her to do some test breeding.
If I do hold onto her, is there another one you have your eye on as well?

Can I please be put on a list for a Miami Tessera for 2015? Number 11 is the one I love most but I know she's going to an excellent home, so I'm content to wait til next year.

I don't do lists that far out, only once babies are hatched.
Keep an eye out for threads with planned pairings next year. :)

I love DAI-11. She a beauty, would love to have one so pretty and hopefully soon as well.

Thank you! *Edit: #11 turned out to be a male, and is staying here.

All but one of the babies ate meal #2.
Baby #7, the only male Tessera decided he didn't care for the live pinky.
I offered f/t the first time, but today I was short on time, and had a fresh batch of pinks born, so rather than cull/freeze, only to thaw later, I gave everyone live pinks before I left for work.
#7 was not happy when I got home tonight.
I think he was offended. LOL
Next feeding will be f/t again.

I will be contacting a few of you who have dibs on babies in the next couple weeks, about confirmation on getting the babies and making arrangements for them to go to new homes.
