3 more corns? I'm a mad woman. Someone, please stop me.

Well, that bites. The creep finally e-mailed me at 6:30 to say that he had sold them to the other person. Nice. I wrote back saying that I didn't know it was 7:00 already. I think he must be keeping "creep-time".
I'm telling myself that they were probably sickly anyway. He's been keeping them together (all three; two boys and a girl) for at least a year that I know of. How aweful.
I think I learned a lesson or two. No more stalking craigslist for me, and if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. Duh.

Oh well, I have babies due to be pipping in a few weeks anyway. And another clutch should be layed within the next couple of weeks. So, poo poo on him! Huh.

Thanks everyone, though. Soon, I'll be able to post pics of my new tiny (first ever) pippies!
My new mantra........."Must concentrate on building new snake enclosure system............"

Sorry to hear about that but its probably for the best, there are plenty of people who has some very nice corns, heck I know someone who is breeding MBKs. ;) you need one of those.. really you do. :D

Yeah, poo-poo on him for sure BIG TIME! But does sound like it's for the best, and hope to see those pippies soon!

Sorry to hear that. the same thing happened to me. I was going to get a snake off craigslist. drove a hour and a half to get there, then they tell me they already sold it for more than they were asking. They never even called to tell me.And we did half a time set up for me to pick it up.

That is so aweful, I think I would have cried. What am I talking about? I almost cried when this happened with me. I'm a little attached to corns; just a little.
What a jerk! Sounds like it was probably best for you to pass on them :( What a jerk! Did I say that already? :)
I agree. You have to wonder if people who act like this to other people act any better towards animals. That's my thought at least.

Thanks again for all the replies, everyone. It's definately made me feel better about the whole situation.
I still think that everything in my life happens for a reason, but sometimes I just don't get the reason for quite a while. Maybe this happened because I'm going to have so many babies out of my clutche(s?) that I'm going to want to keep a few. Sounds good to me.

Sorry it didn't work out, but you'll probably have so many 'keepers' coming you'll be glad in the end!

Thank you. I sure hope so. My big anery girl, Zelda is the mom and my sweet amel Zeppelin the dad, so I'm probably expecting mostly normals, from the little that I understand. I don't have a normal at this point, so that's okay; but I am hoping that some hets come into play. My chances should be upped since the (great) breeder (of Zelda) says that she usually double-clutches. So, thanks for saying that.
