Okay, here's what you can do, and I can't remember who posted this originally and I couldn't find the thread (sorry!), but it works wonders!

Get a little tub, like a feeding tub, and place a wash cloth in it. Then fill the tub with warm water (don't measure with your hand -- use a thermometer!) at about 80-84 degrees. The wash cloth should be soaked and there should be some excess water, but not too much! Then just let you little corn slither around and through the wash cloth for at least 10-15 minutes and the friction should help easily remove the stuck on bits.

Many corns submerge for long periods when they're getting ready to shed. These guys can hold their breath for nearly half an hour, and that's the reason why veterinarians don't use gas anesthesia on them. You'll be sitting there forever before it works!

Well, there's several reasons a corn will sit in their water. Has she fully shed? If so, then perhaps your tank is too warm. Check temperatures. Another reason is the possibility of mites. These appear as little blackish specks in the water or little black specks on your snake, usually around the nose or mouth, or sometimes in between scales.
