Any last tips?

set up my tub and heat mat and with alot of tinkering got the temp to about 87.1 right now, but i'm going to get it down a bit more to the 82-85F range. I was suprised last night to see the UTH with the dimmer switched turned all the way up reach 121F! Good thing I started early to get the right temp. For dimmer I'm using a lowes dim switch. My corn comes tomorrow morning so I think i'm all set. The humidity says right about 40% right now. Is that good or should I mist about 2 times a day to try for 45-50%? and again thanks for any answers of replies

87.1 is about optimum temp for the warm side (1/3 of the tank). 82 is too low. Humidity 35%+ is fine and then when its shedding up it to 50% yes :)

I use upside down wax worm pots with the lid on and a small hole cut in, makes it easier to get them out if they are in it, just pick up and remove top

i wouldn't worry about humidity much unless you start seeing shedding issues. my humidity gets super low in winter and they all do fine. just make sure the humidity doesn't get (and stay) too high.
