Blue Crayfish

It probably tastes just as good... God I wish I could visit louisiana during Crawfish season.... this will be the 6th one I have missed.... :headbang:

I am sure it would be good, but I am genuinely curious to how the color would change. You know how red a mud bug will get when boiled, well what will happen to one of these guys? Would need a good population of them established in order to find out.
 
Aren't they cool? KT would come in saying, "the Crayfish died!" and I'd say, "that's the molt!" then a couple days later you'd see him cruising the tank, then he'd molt again and KT would say, "The crayfish died!" and so I named him Jesus since he always came back... until the last time... pass the butter!
