Is the Nikon N5005 a good beginer camera? And does it take decent pictures and stuff?:twoguns: :madeuce:
 
You realize that the link you copied is to a film camera, correct? I'd highly suggest digital if you're new---the last thing you need to be worrying about is selecting shutter speeds to match f stops amongst everything else.

Get a point and shoot digital camera if you're just starting out. You can get a good point and shoot for under $200.
 
At the recommendation of Don Soderburg, I have been using a Nikon Coolpix P1 for the last year or so. As point and Shoots go, I am very pleased
