Put the eggs in the freezer if/when they arrive. If you don't know what to do with them, it's best not to incubate. Your next problem would be looking after and rehoming/selling the hatchlings, which I guess you're not prepared for either. Trust me, it can be a traumatic experience when you do know what's going on and you think you're completely ready, so best not to attempt it blind. That's just my view though.
Give the female a laying box. This is a plastic tub with a lid, and a hole cut in it large enough to let the female crawl in. Fill it about a third full with a damp substrate - most people use sphagnum moss or vermiculite, but damp paper towel will do. Put the box in the middle or low end of the temp range in the tank. Don't put it immediately over/under whatever heat source you use.
