I believe Wipe Out 1 is an ammonia-based cleanser. It is dimenthyl benzyl ammonium chloride, which you CAN NOT mix with bleach.
The fumes and liquid are toxic, so take care to let your viv dry completely and air out before returning your snake to it.
Why use such an expensive and toxic chemical?
You can get the same effect by using bleach, which you can buy for way cheaper.
I use white vinegar diluted by half with warm water. I add the following essential oils: lemon, tea tree, Rosemary, thyme, and frankincense. Let it sit for 10 minutes before wiping off. No need to rinse. Non-toxic, antibacterial and anti fungal.
If you want something more hardcore, I'd go with I believe Wipe Out 1 is an ammonia-based cleanser. It is dimenthyl benzyl ammonium chloride, which you CAN NOT mix with bleach.

If you want something more hardcore, I'd go with Chlorhexidine, Bioshield (expensive but lasts 90 days! Anti fungal, too!), or Novalsan (brand-name Chlorhexidine, which kills viruses also).
Novalsan is also great to soak snakes in when they have infections (diluted, of course). It also can be used for Respiratory Infections by soaking a snake in a warmed (85-88°) Novalsan dilution in an enclosed (with air holes) container so that they breathe in the humid Novalsan air.
IMO, Wipe Out is very expensive pre-diluted ammonia.
