I wish I followed NCAA more, but I like Ohio State just fine. I really only watch teams that have NFL caliber players, to me it's too difficult of a system to really follow.

Alright Rich!

SEC rules!
Always been a Gator but in 79' I also became a Golden Knight. And again in 85.

I have to say that growing up in Ohio, I didn't follow college ball much. Living in Cleveland, the only college ball I ever really heard about was Ohio State and without knowing much else it was ...eh, ok....
But living in the South now, I have found out how much it isn't just a game down here, but a way of life and I have to say that I have become a pretty big Gators fan! I love Tim Tebow!!

GO GATORS!!!!

I've never heard anybody say this before. Even SEC fans believe Ohio State(the state in general) has one of the only fan bases that compares to the top SEC programs fans.

Cleveland is more-so a pro sports team town though(and not a very good one at that.). Still though, Go Browns!

I really don't have any strong "loyalties" to any one team... but I love Tebow too! I know there are a lot of Filipinos who root for the Gators because he's on their team (he was born there and his family did mission trips to the Philippines). At my grandfather's house, he had a Filipino magazine that said, "Tebow - Filipino at heart!" LOL. Quite funny.

I "follow" the Gators a little because Emmitt Smith was a Gator... LOL.

Thanks BuckeyeSnake.....

That game still gives me nightmares.
Congrats on that championship.

I watch it many times on the off season.
Good to see another fan here. Myself and a few other sports folks were thinking about starting a sports social group. May be time to do it with football so close.
This is how bad I'm hurting for football....right now I'm watching Canadian Football.
My pro team....

I know what you mean. I've been hurting for a while.

I'm glad there's some football fans on here!
FWIW, there's a REALLY good football forum(more traffic than you could ever believe) at tigerdroppings.com
I'm BuckeyeFan87 if you ever make it on there.
GREAT for talking sports or anything in general.

They hate snakes though.
They call them The Gad Damn Kobra Kangs and spreak frequently on how they only way to kill them is gipsy pee.
Great bunch(if you can put up with some of the LSU idiots).

FWIW, the Dolphins are my second favorite team. Mom always loved Marino, so I grew up watching a good amount of Dolphins games. And, they have Ginn, so I've got to be somewhat loyal.

I'm not huge into the NFL though. I'm only 21 though and as I see more and more college players head to the NFL, I like it more. It's still too money/ego based for me though.

We had a forum exclusively for our 32 person Madden league last year, and that was awesome. I love football, especially the NFL and I follow it almost religiously. Just watching the Draft, Trades, and Free-Agency and seeing how the different teams do with their moves, is the most exciting thing right now. Sports social would be fun and I can't wait for the regular season. Go Ravens!!!.

That's almost Betty Ford worthy!. I get my fix with NFL network, but Canadian Football, or Arena football is too much. I like to watch the best of the best compete. Does beat baseball, though!.

I watched some CFL earlier this summer and really enjoyed it! (I agree with the hurting thing) and also, when I was a kid and Baltimore was devoid of a football team, I rooted hard for the Dolphins. I still have a soft spot for them, in fact, and wore their jersey and colors the last time we played them (the Ravens season was already tanked and I did not want the 'phins to go winless)

My college team, duh!

Blacksburg... the drinking town with a football problem....

I also root for University of Maryland in college basketball and football, so long as they are not playing Tech. My dad us a hard core UMCP fan, and it's apparently inherited...
