THAT is the question, isn't it? I'm not really sure that their offense could overcome a FL or AL defense at this point.

I do appreciate that they're ranked #2 this week, though! At least that's what I'd heard...

Yeah, but both AL and FL have struggled. FL almost lost at home to a terrible AK team, and AL didn't exactly make a statement against TN. But when those defenses are firing on all cylinders, they're two of the best in the nation.

Either way, a TX v. SEC champ game should be a great game.

Yeah, they did leapfrog Alabama after 'Bama barely beat TN and TX blew out ranked OSU.
 
My intention here.....

is not to smack talk with the Buckeye fans. These came out of course in 06 and I do lke to see smack talk cartoons.

I'm still love Tate, but Michigans defense is HORRIBLE! My boys started out so strong in the beginning of the season but man have they gone down hill since then. Atleast after next weekend it will be over, and maybe Rich will be on the outside looking in(I'm hoping so). He's on the verge of ruining one of the great reputations of college football in the 2 years he's been there. I'm not sure UofM can afford to give him another year to prove his worth.

oh don't try to gloat.... You guys were 17 point underdogs. I would say winning by 3 points in OT is a little under par if you guys were such favorites. It was a technical win, but it wasn't a WIN like was projected. It wasn't even close to a blow out. Its more like not loosing....
 
just noticed something, i said you guys were underdogs not favorites. i meant favorites...


Just got home from the Iowa game today yeah were going to a BCS bowl!

I think Georgia has been one of the most overrated programs for several years now. They always start ranked very high in the preseason, but always drop too many games and have too many close calls.
 
oregon, i doubt you will beat ohio state, but please give 'em an *ss woopin, and tell 'em Iowa sent you!! i gotta root for the ducks here!!!!!!

I thought I saw something on the TV last night about Oregon and OSU. OSU was like 9-0 against Oregon or something like that. I like that stat! :nyah:

LOL. I don't really keep track of how Michigan's done... I just like to get up and yell "Wolverines" sometimes (it is a "Red Dawn" thing). :p

Got no real favorites in college football except Texas. I DO like to see other teams and players do well though. Tebow is one... and I've always had a soft spot for the Gators since that's where Emmitt Smith came from.

As for the Ducks... I'll have to root for them... I tease an Oregon fan all the time by calling them the "Mighty Ducks". LOL.

Yeah... I watch and remember too many movies!!!! :D
