counted 16 empty egg shells.
Have 17 hatchlings.

Cool, I was just going to ask if you could tell which it was.
I'm still not completely sure how many eggs I have in my corn clutch, either 22 or 23. But there is a big clump of eggs with either one or two on the very bottom of it but I'd have to really mess with the upper eggs to see for sure. So guess I'll be counting hatchlings and eggs after they've all hatched to figure that out.

At first I thought there were only 13-14 eggs....LOL
Then counted the egg shells against a head count in the bin.
re-counted 3 times.
The correct count is what I posted earlier. So bizarre. never had twins.
