okay i know everyone agrees with me on this one that the Denver Broncos are the best team in the NFL. No jk... but if you are a Bronco fan like myself you can go to www.broncoscountry.com and the site is just like this but with bronco foot ball.
p.s. Broncos are the best
I think what hurt the most about "the fumble" was that it happened a year after "the drive".
While I completely feel bad for Cleveland fans... as a Bronco fan (because of Elway), I was ecstatic.
I clearly remember both of those games... Football at its best (for Denver fans) and its worst (for Cleveland fans).
Of course, today, the Broncos lose a game that they were "supposed" to win... 31-10...
I also got to watch (at the stadium) the Cards lose to the Giants...

I lived most of my life in Cleveland and grew up hating the Broncos!
Ernest Byner lived in our development and after "the fumble" all the neighborhood kids made big signs for his yard that said "We still love you Ernie". He was a great guy - used to come to all our block parties with his huge stereo and dance with all the kids - but will unfortunately always be remembered for that play.
You're right!!! Even Marty Schottenheimer said that without Byner, the Browns wouldn't have been in position to win. The coach also proceeded to say that it wasn't only Byner's fault. One of the other Cleveland players was supposed to block the Bronco player who caused the fumble (Bronco player was Castille)... but stood aside to watch Byner make the TD.Byner was such a good player. If I remember correctly, he even had a great game that day... until that 3 yard line fumble. I've seldom felt worse for a player.
