Do corns grow to like their owner?

My adult corn Draco so far seems to like any person he's met. He has no fear of them whatsoever and immediately starts crawling all over them wether they like snakes or not! Because of his overly forward attitude, I have to be kinda careful who handles him. I'm not worried about him, I'm worried about people's reaction to him! If they are slightly apprehensive of snakes, he is NOT the snake to hold! He's too active and fearless. He expects humans to be as fine with him as he is with them.

I also have a new, WC, baby garter. Half the time she's frantic when you handle her ( and garters are a lot faster than corns! ) half the time she's okay. But I took her to the herp vet soon after I got her and was amazed at her disposition in the exam room. ( He really LOVES garters! ) She was as calm as I've ever seen her even for him prying her mouth open. He really has a way with garters!

So I think some people just have a way with snakes.
