My snake room is the midst of a remodel as I'm cutting back, but I am putting in a sink. No current pics.

AWESOME Rooms!!!! What a lucky Guest to share a room with snakes :)
Oketee Mom, I Love those big contaioners too! And the Escapee just "Makes" the pic! Keep the pictures coming, Guys- I LOVE seing everyone else`s setups :)

This is my Wall of Snakes. The leftmost rack is miscellaneous, then two female racks, then two male racks. Feeding bins on the top. I've ordered another rack to go at the far right end, replacing the two ten gallons. Isabel's viv is at the left end, in the kitchen.

These are my hatchling racks, Reptile Basics, NOT escape proof...Somehow I need to buy and make room for at least two more racks for this season. All the kids in there are going to either new adult racks like the ones above, or a six-shelf juvie rack, or 10 gallon juvie display tanks in the living room.

WOW! Nanci- That`s AWESOME! I LOVE the looks of the melamine racks, (Your pics are WAY prettier than mine...LOL) But, the (DIY)wooden ones are just So much cheaper.

I'm not talented enough to make my own racks! The big racks are Animal Plastics Economy Plastic 66 quarts, $240 plus shipping, including heat, not including bins. I can usually get a couple a year with my tax refund!

I like having the babies in my bedroom because I can really lock that room down- all the vents are covered with snake-proof mesh, I can keep the room sealed off from the rest of the house, and there are lots of snake traps (piles of books, dog beds, rugs) on the floor. I had my first hatchling ever, Number One, escape out of the "escape-proof" hatchling rack and almost had a heart attack. Of course I found him after half an hour of frantic searching, but now I am prepared for what happens if I _can't_ find an escapee right away. The bins all have cardboard under them so they are VERY tight, now.

Nanci, I have the same rack that holds 12 bins.

part of one of em...

here is my "baby and juvie" wall. on the opp. side of the room is my display side and it is in shambles, under construction. i have a hand built wall unit that has five levels, each is 4'x2'x2'...that is really nice. i want to build two more of these, and add to my other display units. i will get picks once i get it a little less embarassing...and you will see bedding on my floor! ...look at that big brown chunk. i will have to check rules and ill post my boa room.

On the right is my new Adult and Hatchling rack for my corns, the only one's in there is my Anery and my pair of Keys Miami ph Amel Cinder's. Beside that is my hommade incubator (Styrofoam box), in the Acrylic enclosure on the left is my female and male Okeetee corns.

In the top cage is my trio of Checkered Garters, and at the bottom is a clutch of Babies from one of the female Checkereds.

Nanci, I had to shim my Reptile Basics rack as well. Large gaps, despite the website saying the tolerances are tight.
