I only have one snake rack and it holds 10 snakes. Mango's in my bedroom. He doesn't need any housing or anything, he just sleeps in the bed. I might not have enough room in this rack when I get baby snakes so I guess I can always just cohab!
I do have a gecko/snake room. I have a custom built rack, some grow out racks, and my snake rack. As well as a 3 incubators, a shelf for my feeders and supplies, and a desk with my lap top.
My snake room is my bedroom. My mother doesn't care for snakes so I keep them contained to my room so she doesn't have to see them. I don't use my closet so I have a metal rack in there with the snakes on it. I'm going to build a rack out of the whole closet this summer so I can use heat tape on a thermostat to get rid of all the uths and dimmers/thermoststs.
I wish I had a room just for the snakes. Someday maybe, but not in my current house.
I have a 10-shelf AP adult rack, and a homemade 4-shelf rack where my younger snakes stay, at least for the time being. Both are housed in the master bedroom with my husband and I. Lol! I really need to take some pics...
We have both of ours in the living room in big glass tanks. I like having them where we can watch them and conveniently look in on water and temps and stuff.
You should be careful...If he starts laying next to you, stretched out straight, that means he's measuring you to see if he thinks he can eat you. Be careful!!!
Ohh I will have to get some pics once I finish getting ours organized. We just moved so everything is stashed where ever we could put it out of the way. And im working on designs for our bp rack!
This is my viv i made which contains my Bearded Dragons, Corn snakes and Tarantulas. I will be building a new section on top for my Tarantulas and another Corn and splitting the top section that you can see into 4 so i can seperate my corns!
If i had a spare room then i would fill it but i don't
