Escaped Snakes support thread

I lost my snow corn once, just this past winter. I looked up all the tricks - put flour around the doorways and put a mouse in a trapping bottle. I read the post about the fridge, ripped all my appliances away from the wall. I was scared to turn on the oven for days. At one point, I called my father frantically telling him that she was missing. His advice was: "Stop looking. Don't do anything, and you'll find her". Sure enough, the next day I found her in a paper bag with a box of cookies.

i think that is the most widely accepted method- weve done that for a couple of days, and still nothing- im so glad you found you snow though :)

WE FOUND HER!!! i decided to move her tank, set it up, and looked down and decided also to use the flashlight and look about- then i got an idea- i looked between the back of the computer desk, peeled back the crappy bord, and there she was! lying on some books :) we are soooooo happy, my hubby thanked me, and all is well :) :)

That's awesome! Congrats... I'm sure you're very relieved right now. Hopefully she won't be too testy over the next few days, I've heard that can happen but Cruella was fine.

lol shes fine- i have reunion pics to post to prove it :) that will be a bit later- thanks again everyone for supporting us :)

i still want to hear more stories! i still concider this thread to be open to anyone who is going through this- we want to help :)

Yay! I've been sort of browsing through this thread. I love escapee stories with good endings. For some reason I find them very interesting. Fortunately, I haven't lost my own yet, but I liked all the little stories you posted.

Most of all, I'm glad you found yours, and in good health. That didn't take long at all.

certainly not in comparison to many others! just shy of a week.
im glad you like the stories- most turn out happy in the end, i think of the dozens i read, only two didnt make it- snakes are quite resiliant @@

here is a reunion pic! when i said i found her, he said " your kidding! are you serious?" just all the worry poured out of him, and he cuddled with her for an hour :)
