Farting Snake?!

Well, strangely enough, he just shed...I left him for an hour, then I took him out...I hear a squeeking noise like a mouse coming from him...
Could he have a cold? What's the deal here? He seems to be quite active...I can't afford to take him to any vet or anything...There doesn't appear to be anything around his nose either...
