Thanks. Within the next few days I will revise this and make a newer, longer, more detailed one.
 
I would even talk to the mods about making it a sticky. You have given very good advice here Fender. And I'm sure once you have updated it, it certainly should be thought to be stickied to the top of the page. Thanks again for the great info.
 
There already is a sticky on feeding problems, but perhaps you could simply add your revised version to that one.
