I helped with a friend's haunted house - great fun! I was the disembodied head in a cage full of ball pythons. I was surprised how many people wanted to know more about the snakes after they got over their initial shock of seeing me with them. Several people took photos while grabbing for their candy!

Oh wow! what a neat idea!! I might have to steal this from you sometime :)

I set up a heat lamp in my door way and dressed up as a snake godess and passed out candy with Owl and Shivers

Wonderful job! In the first one, you can see the pied ball is making a run for it through the hole for your neck. Your expression in that photo is just like one I would imagine if that python has actually made it down into the front of your shirt and has maybe taken a little nibble...;)

Wow, that is TOO cool! I just held one of my snakes while I handed out candy and he's just a little guy, but people still freaked out. :)

It was really fun! But I can't emphasize enough that you should fast them for at least a week before trying this. Unfortunately, I didn't do that - stinky!

I always thought it would be fun to be Medusa if I had some baby Amazon tree boas - at least long enough for some photos. They pose really well and you can always get them to all look the same direction if you wiggle your fingers. I think it would be a great photo!
