I like some rock (modern and classic), some metal, some country, some other stuff, it really depends on how it sounds. Korn, Finger Eleven, Atreyu, Daft Punk, and Hank Williams Jr. kinda sum it up lol

Ok, well, I'll deviate a little and say country and oldies....i also like Celtic music and anything with a fiddle (I played violin for a long time).
 
Oh,an you should make a poll to add to this post..it would be interesting to see what the breakdown is on this site of different music genres. Just a suggestion--it would be cool.

Thought about it but think of how many there are, and I can only post 25 in a post, and that's alot of options, and then people get aggrevated, and it's to much work.
 
Trance. Yep. I've gotten really into trance lately. Luminary, Above and Beyond, and Kyau vs Albert of some of my favs, but there are way too many to list.

I still listen to rock a lot. Again too many to list. Breaking Benjamin, Shinedown, and Seether would make my short list and I love Avenged Sevenfold. I also really like Evanescence for Amy Lee's vocals.

I listen to whatever strikes my fancy. As I type this I'm listening to Elect the Dead, the new solo-album by Serj Tankian the lead singer of SoaD. I mostly gravitate towards punk, and punk-like musics, though Ska is far and away my favorite. Much love to Tom E, for having the Specials on his playlist!!
 
My musical taste was born from metal. AC/DC was my first concert at the ripe old age of 11. Through different stages in my life, metal and heavy guitar has always been the base of my musical tastes.

The last few years, I have turned to the local/indie side of music and metal. Some of my recents faves are "Foxy Shazam" and "El Masivo". But I also listen to a lot of guitar based "softer" music as well. Sometimes I just don't want my ears to bleed :eek:
