Head Banger For Life " "=

They are both legends LOL Celine Dion sings the best love songs, and I just happen to be in love with the most amazing girl ever! SAM! :D

and spicegirls along with coffee and steps keep me awake to all hours in the morning, with there dancy music and colorful outfits LOL

I used to listen too it all & worked in Rock and Country
Night Clubs for many years...
Now I'm "Hearing Impaired" ($2000 worth of electronics in my ears)
from all the loud music exposure...
So music don't matter anymore if it can't be heard.....

Also, everyone here should listen to some SUPER EUROBEAT. It's kinda like speed, only it's music. It's like 200BPM or some crazy number like that and it's made of happiness and japan.

I think it's safe to say my favorite band is Rammstein, although stuff like Celldweller, Spineshank, Eisbrecher, Zeromancer, Lacuna Coil, Godsmack and others are right up there. Also dig me some Metallica, White Zombie and Stone Sour. Although I haven't heard any of their other stuff, Snake River Conspiracy's cover of Lovesong is about the best cover ever done and deserves special mention.

LOL, I'm not a Celine fan, but it's hard to tell which I dislike more, Celine or Korn!

KORN RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
how can you say that!? :smash:

I forgot to say I'm a hugggge fan of Mindless Self Indulgence... nothing like listening to 3 minutes of cussing and awesome music! Plus Little Jimmy is hot! In a special way... he's kinda old though (in his 40s or something)

Oooh! MSI! How could I forget them.

On the subject of Korn..
I think they used to be good, but now they've pretty much sold out in my book. I still listen to their old stuff, I just pretend their new stuff is a different band.

:grin01:LOL.. There's a certain kind of "new rock" that just makes my skin crawl. (And not in a good way..) ICP, Korn, and many others fit the bill there. That might just be the first sign that I'm getting to a certain age.

Well see that's a perfect example Jazz.. I 'get' Kiss. It's theater like Alice Cooper, or GWAR... But here's the monkey wrench- I 'get' Marilyn Manson too! I don't know maybe he just seems more like the others.. regardless of the time period.

Good point, and agreed. Kiss, Alice, Marilyn, and hey, David Bowie are all as much "theater" as music.

I've always said that my own musical "shortcoming" is to always try to "find meaning" in a particular song.

I guess sometimes, the meaning is "there is no meaning".

Whoda thunk that I'd get to the age where I don't understand these kids and their music? ;)
