Hello from San Diego

Thats awesome. I want to get mine running again now. Lol. That engine is huge by the way! lol. Mine was big.. but not that big. Lol.

Mine's an AE rc10. I think thats it.. does that sound right?

Oh I just saw pics of your Okeetee's pretty little fellers.

Ya RC10 is like the most traditional rc car ever. AE (Team Associated) also makes my RC8. If your RC10 is a truck (opposed to a buggy) its called an RC10T.
lol, ya that engine is a .21. Pretty big compared to the smaller blocks (.12 - .18) but not as big as the .28 and .31's they are making now. In the 8th scale buggy class, .21 is the largest allowed, altho a .28 fits. The 8th scale truggies use the .28's. But hey, my 12th scale truggy uses a .12 and its has enough power to wheelie and do 30mph+.
Here she is, 12th scale truggy, Jammin CRT.5 (about the same size as your rc10)

I do all my own paintjobs by the way.
Thanks Trent for the coment about the Okeetees. I am anxious for them to grow so I can see how the colors change.

I have only been on this forum a couple days and I feel the addiction coming on strong. Kinda like when I started learning about my frogs on Dendroboard. This is another great community! Thanks again to everyone here making me feel at home!!!

Look what you did.. As I thought I didn't have enough hobbies. Lol, dug the ol' girl out from retirement. She needs cleaned. Lol. And fixed up, so thats what im doing. Takin her apart and cleaning stuff. Hopefully I remember how to put it back together and I can get her running. Lol.

Oh, and it's an AE RC10Gt. It wasn't fully assembled but it also wasnt ready to race. I had to do the electronics and engine. Everything else was assembled. I do remember that. I also got this thing when I was like 12.. So it has been awhile. Lol

Ahhh lol.. I shoulda known. RC10GT. My neighbor has one and uses it here on my track. Check out this body I painted for him last christmas:

Thats awesome you are inspired to get it running again. Check out this forum http://www.aeforums.co.uk/forum/index.php? .. Your truck will be under the GT1/GT2 forum. Forums are great! I chose my xB because it has a great forum!

Dang thats awesome! I started looking at it.. Man this is gonna be a lotta work. Lol. That's awesome that you paint them. I wanted to paint mine but kinda stopped playing with it. It's the Red, Yellow, and White body that came with it. I like the body though.

Hello Frank, welcome.
I've always been amazed at the way those frogs are painted.
The company I work for caters to the concrete trade over here; forms, equipment, supplies.
