Registration is FREE, so please register so you can participate instead of remaining a lurker....

Please be certain that the location field is correctly filled out when you register. All registrations that appear to be bogus will be rejected. Which means that if your location field does NOT match the actual location of your registration IP address, then your registration will be rejected.

Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

help bloodred striped or not, ruby freckled or not

Yep, looks like a striped or a hypo striped. I have seen hypos with that kind of belly markings. I would not consider it a bloodred stripe unless it was bred to a known bloodred and produced 100% bloodreds.

Nice looking stripe though.

Lets also remember that there are some people who still refer to bloodred as a selectively bred trait instead of the actual "diffuse" gene.

The "diffuse" gene is what I was referring to as far as my question on the topic. Not sure that makes me look any less stupid about all this, but just wanted to point that out :dunce: .
