Hi! I'm new!

If I didn't work Saturday morning I'd probably head to that show as well. I have a yearling to drop off in Columbus anyway. Ah well, have fun!

Here's my boy Zeke! He's an anery, about two years old, with some nice yellow on his sides that you unfortunately can't see here. I'd guess he's about two feet long. This is the only half decent picture he's let me take so far - he loves to burrow! I'll start a progression thread for him once I'm able to get some better ones.

I love him. [emoji178] [emoji178] [emoji178]

Congratulations!! Excellent choice! I can't wait to see more of him, but that's a pretty cute picture, and I love the name too. So happy for you.
One little tip that I learned the hard way, he will easily tip that water bowl. You'll want to find a water bowl with a base that is as wide or wider than the top. A soupy snake cage isn't fun. :(

I'm a huge fan of pyrex glass storage containers. They're easy to clean and go with any decor. I use 7 cup dishes for my adults and just fill them a little under halfway. They're very hard to tip over.

Thanks for the tips. Luckily I found a less pretty but way more appropriate bowl in the cupboard to swap in there. Better safe than sorry, haha!
