Big Cheese Rodent Factory. Packaged like The Mouse Factory, but much cheaper. They ship with boxes that match your order, not like Rodentpro where they have a set box size, even if you order a small batch.

Big Cheese also has excellent customer service. They are very nice on the phone. And I just discovered they are only 3 hours away from me... yay for being able to use Greyhound shipping! Even cheaper!
