Housing and personalities

Mangrove said:
i agree with Cornman1979.... i jut think it all depends on the personality of your snake... some work well together others do not... there is no reason to argue about this either and this is probly not to smart for me to get in it but i totaly agree with cornman there are great snakes that house together and i believe it is better for the cornsnake in the end to be housed with a partner :crazy02: :crazy02: :crazy02:

well for one mangrove, everyone is entitled to their own opinion and only the owner of the snakes can determine whats best for them, i am not arguing here, nor do i want to argue, im simply just saying what i personally think is all. lol, and what i personally think is i'd prefer to keep mine apart, like i have posted many of times now, i had 2 girlies who lived together for years, always cuddling together, always ate well, always drinking, shedding, pooping well, until one night one decided one mouse wasnt enough and struck at the others face, it can happen at any god given moment, i was lucky my dad was there to separate them immediately. my motto is "it only takes a second for everything to change" i highly believe in that motto too.
:D

You might check out Kathy Love's wonderful thoughts on housing on this Behavior forum. It gives her opinion and I think gives great pros and cons on the whole thing.
