Well, it sounds like kind of a freak accident, how it escaped, but I wouldn't think a garage door would constitute a safe venomous room. I mean, opening to outside. Such a huge door. I hope it is eventually recaptured, without harm. I bet it just vanishes.
 
Oh good- now that it's found, people are gunna go batshit crazy on the owner and demand the snake's head.
The cobra looks cool as hell lol love it.
 
They actually seem to be demanding the owner's head-the fact that the snake was returned to the owner really, really is bothering a lot of people, who feel, justifiably, that someone who lets a King cobra escape shouldn't be allowed to keep venomous snakes.

(Plus, of course, the usual people who think that no one should be allowed to keep snakes, period).
