Hi I'm a new member saying hello from PA. Joining to learn more about Corn Snakes as my middle daughter gets ready to buy her first snake so I can know about them and help her learn and take care of it.

:santa: Thanks for the welcome. I'm doing a lot of reading on here right now and my daughter is downstairs logging on as well, lol. We've spent the afternoon reading and looking at all kinds of websites, photos, etc., pretty cool day.:cool:

I have just got a corn snake,i do love them, there are a lot of things 2 know about corn snakes and it takes a while to get all of the information gathered together!! :shrugs:

Welcome aboard! It only gets cooler after you get the snake. As i type this, my little snake is "crawling" all over me! (though typing one handed is a td tedious :rolleyes: )
 
And FWIW, my snake was the "Christmas Pet" that my 2 1/2 yr. old daughter picked out...

(And Chris, "our" snake got itself completely tangled up in the phone cord yesterday because the phone rang while I was handling it. Talking to a reporter while untangling a snake is, um, distracting. Should have just called her back, but I wasn't thinking.)
