kingsnake egg problems

I have a female king that just started laying eggs yesterday and I didn't have a moist box in their until she was about 3/4 done laying eggs. I put the box in their and she stopped laying eggs. She laid all duds of the ones that she laid, but I can still see two eggs that are in her. Is it a possibility that she will continue to lay the eggs or is she going to have problems with retained eggs? I don't know if she is contracting any more to push them out and I don't know if she is going to lay them. I have a very moist box in their and temps are fine. She has been sitting in the moist box ever since I put it in there and still no final eggs. If she doesn't have them is there anything I can do to help her pass them. I know that I have heard of people using needles to pop them and that helps her pass them. They are very close to her vent so they are almost out. I don't really know what to do right now so if anyone has any advice lets hear it. I did this on another forum and they were all completely negative about it and basically said to take her to the vet or she would die, but I think there is a way around that.
