little snake needs beefing up

she has eaten 2 pinkies at once on two occasions and then refuses to eat 2 again the next time i feed her. hopefully she will start taking 2 effectively and grow some
 
she has once again refused to eat 2 pinkys and has only eaten one. any idea why she eats 2 pinkys once and then only 1 pinky for a few feeds and then back on 2 pinkys for one feed and so on?

do you reckon i should try feeding her one pinky every 5 days for the next few feeds and then try again with 2?
