It's Ms, brilliant. And I agree about each landlord should decide what to do with his or her property, and if they includes saying no pets then it should be followed.

Having just gone through this myself... the only time you'll really have problems is if your 'account rep' is an idiot. I ran into that one. The guy told me that there was no such thing as the certification, and was trying to say that I was attempting to BRIBE him into giving me a note so I could ship snakes. I chewed him out, spoke with his supervisor, and had my contract delivered less than a week later.
