Oh ya, and I am temporarily going to get a bookcase to put my tanks in until we move and I have a bunch of room to build a nice rack...I hate doing things twice, so I am just going to wait :D
 
Yeah I found this rack thing at Home Depot when I was there looking at melamine and stuff yesterday. So I bought that instead. :D

I haven't looked at this thread in quite awhile, but just now wondered why it had gotten to over 700 posts. I go straight to the last page and see ONE post relevant to the original topic and over 30 posts of chit chat that does not belong here. There is a chat room associated with this forum for that, plus a myriad of other places for people to just go and talk. Why waste space and Rich's money (and mine and all the other contributor's) on pages and pages of off-topic chatter?

Yep. We are waiting on a getting a good picture of a female being popped. I think that was supposed to be my job... But I haven't really been able to get a good picture yet since I haven't had anyone to snap a shot. Soon enough, though, someone is bound to post one. ;)

Sorry, Susan. We haven't been posting on here in almost a week. I guess I never thought of this as a "waste of space and . . . money," but more like a "general chit-chat" thread that happened to end up in the wrong sub-forum.
Once again, sorry. We (or at least I) wont let it happen again. :D

I think we are all sorry for the...irrelevance we have cooked up in this thread. I (and I am sure the rest of us involved) was not aware that we were breaking any rules.. But will definitely keep this in mind for the future. Though, I am just curious over the money issue...?? :shrugs: I mean, I have considered becoming a member here myself, I am just wondering how something like this could be wasting my money?

Kind of how the "snobs" thread is turning out... Yet we didn't post any pictures on every other post...

The only difference I see between the two of these is that this one is just misplaced and isn't in the general chit chat area...:shrugs:

I am in no way trying to cause any arguments between myself and any of the mods..(or anyone else, for that matter)..I just wanted to point that out.

I am not trying to make big waves, but I am not seeing a difference between this thread and the "music quiz", "Did You know" or "My snake did" threads. None of these threads amount to anything useful and are probably chewing up more revenue than this little thread! The threads only problem, I can see is that it's in the wrong category! Other than that, can some one tell me what rule this thread is breaking?

Like Wayne said, I am not trying to be defiant...and I DO apologize for this being in the wrong section....infact if there is some way to move a thread to a different area of the site....say the General-Chit-Chat Forum I would love for them to do so....
But I won't apologize or feel bad for there being 700+ posts. That is just absurd when as mentioned above, there are many others that have many many MANY more than this.

So again, I apologize for it being in the wrong section...is there any way to move it to the General Chit-Chat Forum?
