I've talked to this girl before about her kingsnake ads, I believe she's 18 or 19 and from California. She doesn't really know much about corns and I told her that she was making an error in regards to the ads, but I guess she just never changed it.

Has anyone emailed her to discuss it or are we just going to sit here and make fun without trying to educate?

I think your first paragraph pretty much summed it up. You're welcome to try again if you like, nobody is stopping you. ;)

Okay...i tried to follow most of this and i think there are too many Homo/Het/Hypos thrown in for me to follow :crazy02: :shrugs: .

I am slowly picking this stuff up..a couple months ago i picked up a gorgeous amel motley from Corncrazy....now this boy is brilliantly orange with no white (except belly)....My question is....is he a sunglow? Here is a pic:

Yep, there's always white on the belly so that's not part of the qualification.

An amel motley with no white and a bright orange ground color (assuming he grows into it) would be a sunglow motley. :)

Cool thanks.....i will have to get a more recent pic of him....all 4 of my snakes are growing at about 5 grams a week so he has a bit more meat on his bones now.

My little off topic question...

I've noticed my amel stripes lacking any white in their pattern...Just as my normal stripes are lacking any black in their pattern...

Why is this?

The 'cubed' stripes, like this one, don't seem to have any real "border areas" either.

I think it's just one of the effects the stripe gene. :)
