Movies With Snakes In Them

Darn it! Now I have to watch Fools Rush In while I'm waiting for my mice and ordering new socks online. Darn it! I was going to watch G.I. Jane, but now I have to watch that scene! And then I'll probably have to watch The Whole Nine Yards/Ten Yards. Darn... Lol.

I just adore Matthew Perry, and thought he was SOOO funny in Fools Rush In & The Whole Nine Yards... The Whole Ten Yards, on the other hand, was one of the stupider movies I've seen. Guess I do have some standards, LOL. ;)
 
I suffer from several syndromes, including Noah's Ark Syndrome (Everything must be a pair or greater) and Complete Collection Syndrome (Everything must be in a complete collection, including books and movie series whether I like all of them or not). It's one reason I refuse to see the Harry Potter movies until I can buy them all because if I like one, I need them all and it will drive me nuts until I can.

Matthew Perry is hot in a goofy, I'm-okay-with-it-cause-you-know-it's-cute sort of way.
 
Heh, I love that scene in Fools Rush In as well. Too bad for him it wasn't a hardwood floor. ;)

I love Matthew Perry when he's funny/goofy/Chandler-style. I didn't like that show he was in where he was serious and acted like a jerk. Studio 60, I think?
 
How about TV shows? I'm watching Monk right now, "Mr. Monk and the very very old man," and they're in a house looking around when Monk sees a snake getting out of its tank. Looks like a carpet python to me. According to the feeding schedule Monk sees, there are three snakes supposed to be in the tank, but he only sees two in the tank. That tank isn't even big enough for one carpet, let alone three. Wait, why am I arguing with the husbandry practices of a person that doesn't actually exist? Heh..
 
Speaking of TV shows... does anyone remember that Jonathan from "Who's the Boss?" had a pet snake? I totally forgot about it, until I was watching some old reruns the other day - and it was mentioned a few times. Anyone know what kind it was, and if they ever showed it on camera? :shrugs:

How strange, I'm watching Gladiator on TV and haven't seen this scene so far and I'm very near the end. Either it got edited out for time or I'm remembering wrong and the scene was in a different movie. Wonder which one.. :shrugs:

However, they did have a scene where some men were sitting at a table playing a game involving what looked like stones and a cobra. Not sure if they were plucking stones from near the snake or trying to drop them near it. Wonder if it was fancy camera work to make it look like they were getting close to the cobra, or if they got a cobra with its venom sacs removed.
 
I do know of a scene with a politician being killed by a hot too, dunno which movie it was either... I do know Cleopatra was killed by a snake in the Rome Series though. The snake they used was a black kingsnake if I remember right.
