Mudd ~ Caramel Tessera Guest.

Paired them up again this evening and they immediately locked up, so that's a big relief! I know for sure now that he's at least gotten the job done once.

Mudd laid her clutch last night!! Looks like 9 fertile and 5 somewhat iffy to sluggy looking. Put all the eggs in the incubator anyway, just in case.

Day 53 for this clutch. We've lost one egg but the rest are going strong. Should have pips anytime in the next 10 to 24 days. At the part now where waiting is hardest!

I keep wanting to ask about them, but I know you'll tell me as soon as they hatch. I'm having bad luck over here, so I need you to have excellent luck over there.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck! Hopefully we get lots of pretty, healthy and well eating babies from this clutch to help make up for it.

Day 60, no pips yet. (I incubate lower, so around day 70-75 is a more typical hatch time for me.)

Day 66, no pips. Gah, I really do hate this stage of the waiting, even though I know it will probably be another week or so.

Still no pips! Eggs are looking close and I've been checking several times a day.
