Its a solo album from the lead singer of one of the most famous bands (in the world), and one of the best. The genre is Art Rock/Alternative/Electronic -ish.

Good band, I've got Suffer and Generator. I was going to put up the Generator cover, already took off the lettering.
 
This album is not quite as "noisy" as their previous albums.
