When I was in college, the Biology Club & Geology Club would go out west every spring to herp and fossil-hunt. Once, in the Big Bend On The Rio Grande...I had the time of my life chasing javelinas. Just to be chasing javelinas through the desert brush. They seemed to be the ones freaking out.
Well...maybe I looked a little freaky, too. :rofl:
When I was 12, my dad and I were out deer hunting and got caught in the middle of a herd of about 30 javelina. The big boars are a little creepy when they puff up and snort at you but thats about it. We actually had 3 little red piglets follow us around for like 100 yards. Survivorman had ZERO reasons to be scared of them...
