Name For New Snake

I'm one of those that not only remembers it, but wasn't that young when it came out! I'm jealous though. I want an Okeetee too!!! I'm going to talk my hubby into another one soon......

I don't want to venture a guess as to the percentage of posters on this forum that have no idea what you are talking about or weren't even alive when that movie was made.

Cav im only 22 and I know that movie! You know those little furbie toys that where popular a while back? They remind me of that movie.

Here are mine:

My two big okeetee girls from Rich are Louise and Anna

Caspar the ghost

Speedy (for obvious reasons, male okeetee - very good colour)

Noodle and Oodles (two smaller okeetee females)

Avalanche (snow female who was going to be snowflake but she was so big we settled on avalanche)

Tango - wonderful '95 classic from Kathy Love - sweetest snake ever

Nimbu (amel male)

Inca (aztec )

I have a big male classic who was called fluffy (from Harry Potter dog fame), so he was Fluffy the Classic, but it got turned around one day and now he is forever imortalized as Classy the Fluffic.

Still to name adults - normal female, fluorescent female, another amel male

Some hatchling names: anchor, diamond, tango II, jaws, quicksilver, arrow, clover, foxtrot, rumba, sundance, moondance, and a whole bunch more I can't remember, and an even bigger whole bunch more unnamed as yet

Is MAIZE male or female???

My snakes are:

Corinne

Zeus

Arrowhead

Can-o-corn

Chico

Chica

GOOD LUCK

Haven't quite figured out the sex yet (Reason why i named it something that could go either way;) ) I do think 'he' is a male, though. If i could find my stupid camera, i'd take a few photos and post him her :awcrap: .

Just for fun, here are a couple of mine. My two oketees names are Oringo, An african name that means he who likes to hunt, because he always seems to be on the prowl. My female oketee is named Olathe, Native american name that means beautiful. I try to name my snakes with the first letter of the name the same as the first letter of the morph that they are. An example, Annie the Anery.
