Names?

I am a HUGE Harry Potter fan so I named my snake Salazar after Salazar Slytherine founder of the Slytherine house... and their animal is a snake!

With all my animals we kind of observe them until we find a name that suits them. With my cats for example, we had my black kitten for a week before we came up with Milo. I named my toirtoshell calico Ditzy becuase she is well.. a bit Ditzy! I still don't have a name for my red betta fish...

I love that idea of naming a snake after something in Harry Potter.
 
I think when I get redtail boa, I'm going to stick with the Colombian theme - my choice is "Juan Valdez" but another friend suggested "Pedro the cocaine smuggler."
