New corn! Opinions on morph and/or RI please?

Very weird..

Being new still, I glanced at this thread and said anery too. It's amazing how it passed for one to someone with no experience (meaning myself).

Very pretty snake though!

Well, in the many hours of reading and looking at pictures that I've done since I got her, I come to realize that not only are there dozens of different morphs that corns can have, there seems to be a lot of varietion within the morph. Not to mention the colour changes from hatchling to adult, plus any variation of a hybrid and all THOSE variations. So I'm not surprised that it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what something is without knowing ANY background or doing a blood test. Is there even some kind of test to see what a morph is? I know they have them for dog breeds, but it's a little expensive.

There's pictures I've found that say it's a regular anery corn and it looks very similar, and others that say rootbeer, which also look very similar. Also the opposite, that the pic says it's one or the other and it looks nothing like her.

In the end, I don't plan to breed and I like her looks, and that's what matters. :)

To have an eye for the variations within a morph makes you more able to select the best animals to breed. Are you sure you are not ever going to be a snake breeder?
