She's a cutie. I love snows. Twenty years ago I saw one in a pet store for several hundred dollars. I told my mom someday I'd get one. Had to wait twenty years, but I have one.
WOW, several hundred dollars? I only paid $40 for her, I didn't realize corns could be so expensive! Was Snow a new morph at that time? And thank you I'm sure I've told the story on here before, but we went in to get the stuff to set up the terrarium from the store, and she picked me out Not the best place to get a pet, I know, but she picked me out, and I couldn't help it. And I have one more picture, I forgot! My favorite, this one has Adnama and my cat Carrie in it.
That was at a pet store in either 1988 or 1989. I was nine. The clerk and I had a long talk about snake genetics and he let me hold a bunch of the snakes.
That's really awesome, sounds like he was a good guy at the store, I love good petstore people who enjoy their jobs and actually try to really help and educate their customers.
She's really pretty! My corn is a snow, too. I think they're just lovely.
I love the picture with the kitty cat. We were just having a discussion about cats and corn snakes. Your cat is a lot more trustworthy than mine! She has it out for Pan.
Thank you! And lol don't let Carrie fool you, she would very much love to snack on poor Adnama, and Adnama knows it! As long as I keep my eyes on them both, it's OK, but my Miss Carrie wouldn't hesitate to make a meal of my snakelet. LOL, if you look at that picture closely, Carrie is pretty interested in taking a swipe at Addie, she just knows better than to try it when they are both on my lap more or less
