hi i'm david. been keeping corns for two years. have always wanted a green anaconda so picking up my first one next weekend! i'm getting a male since they only grow to around 10ft and females get 13~16ft so that's kinder big. anyone else own these?

theres a ball python forum i'vbe been going to a little and there are many owners of larger snakes; including green anacondas. from what i've read they're large and tend twards the agressive. good luck!!

Well, I have to say that the two I know are remarkably tame, but that's probably why they are demo snakes. I'd be surprised if that was the norm for the species; that's not what one hears.

I must spread some reputation around before giving more to Lori.

most greens are tame. yellows are the ones which tend to be nervous and bite. and excuse me but why the hell am i a troll

For coming to a cornsnake forum and making your first post about green anacondas. Did you read the site rules? Swearing is frowned on...

You're not, David. We've had an abundance of them here lately, and it's not often a new member comes along wanting such a large snake. No worries.

Welcome to the forum! :wavey:

Then doubtless I know of this person. Who is it?

Put up or shut up, if he's been doing it 30 years someone here will know him.

Oh wait, you're just trolling and now I'm feeding you. Dopey me.
