It would be much easier to gauge when to start being concerned if you can weigh the snake. A cheap scale that reads down to 1/10 grams will work. Then weigh him today then before each attempt at feeding to know how fast he is loosing weight if at all.
If his weight is good then next Friday try a hot or boiled pinky as the first trick to try.
 
I'll be sure to get one of those he is very small I put him in a container that that pet store gave me and he got stuck in holes last night he fine and active but I will weigh him tonight

We'll we got told by the pet store I could co habitats them then I found this site switched them in different terrariums new to snakes excited to have them but all the advice I got from the pet store was horribly wrong now I am left with questions and concerns trying to make sure these little family members are on the right track to being healthy and happy:)

Oh and I did purchase some ivory dish soap and some tuna.for hades to help feed so should I wait another week? Because then it is coming to three weeks since he hasn't eaten yet...

Oh he's so tiny!! How big are the pinkies you're trying to feed him? I got one of my girls at 7 grams, and was feeding her the smallest pinkies I could find. Then again, I'm new at this too, so I don't really know how big they can handle. But size may be a factor as well as temps?
