Sorry about the strictness of this requirement, but it is necessary to block spammers and scammers at the door as much as possible.

Not a GBCW thread but I'm not gonna be around much.

Here's the keeper list regardless of where I live:
0.1 King Ratsnake (DUH!)
1.0 Taiwan Beauty Snake
2.2 Black Ratsnakes
0.1 Herald Snake
1.1 Rufos

Good luck, David. I have been in that same boat so I know exactly how you feel. Just know you have a whole community here to support you through anything. Regardless of what happens, you will be ok. Just keep your chin up and keep on walkin. ;)

Let me/us know if you need anything at all.

Thanks Adam. I mean I really want to thin the collection some. Betsy has been so gracious to take my 1.1 blood pair, granite, and guyer ghost on an extended loan for a while, during this though time. I want to go to keeping snakes in nice display cages not tubs. I am only going to breed the rufos. And Betsy is going to use Doc for her projects.

David,

Growing up is hard to do. You are doing a pretty good job. Take your time, stay in school, love your critters, love your mom, eat your vegetables, wear clean underwear.

Keep us updated, a lot of us think you're a great kid.

David, I see this thread started a few weeks back. I do hope that you find your way. As Kathy said, trust in some adults before you make any massive decisions. I do hope the best for you.

(Doc could have come back home til you were ready for him again without any issues.)

Be safe, be strong, and remember to smile! :0)

David, I dislike lecturing (although I can do it) and I don't like giving advice (although I try if asked and cornered about it), but you know I have been in your corner before for 'virtual/cyber' support. And I will continue to be.
I hope you are enjoying, and will continue to enjoy, being a kid. (<------gramatically awkward sentence. So shoot me....)
And love and cherish your parents. If they are good to you, that is one of the greatest gifts in life. You will never get another set.

Little update: So I am still living with my dad. I convinced them to alllow me to bring over some of my snakes. As long as the snakes don't escape we are good. I also have been working with geckos which are awesome. I also have a chance to get an awesome snake soon! A beaked snake!

Glad to hear you are still keeping, and are interested in, your herps.

I have seen a lot of your FB posts about the racing stuff. I think it is great to be diversified in your interests, and to explore as many avenues as possible when young. That way you can find your true passions in life. It can change with age! I think anything that is constructive is great to learn about - as long as it doesn't kill or maim you, lol! Hopefully your dad is keeping a close eye on you to keep you safe.

Unfortunately, I am not really into cars - racing or otherwise. I just want a vehicle to get me from one place to another, as safely and cheaply as possible, lol! So I haven't had too much to comment about your FB racing posts. But I do congratulate you on doing, and learning about, something you seem to really enjoy.

Hope you have a great summer!

If you are allowed to bring over only some of your snakes, why add to your collection until you have gained your dad's confidence and support for the snakes he allowing you to bring to his house?

Well I have been looking for a beaked snake for 3 years and a good friend of mine gave me a killer deal on one so why not. My step mom is starting to like the lizards alot and is now allowing snakes. Thanks Kathy. Racing is something I LOVE!!!!!!!! I can't get enough of it. I should be strapping in a car next year!
