Number One! 2010 ? Granite ?

Congratulations, Nanci!!!!! I'm glad it's all sorted, I'm proud of your reserve and patience, I'd have been calling it a Granite eons (ok, one day) ago!

Crossing my fingers that #1/ Uno turns out to be a girl!!! I really want you to be able to keep her. Heck, MY emotions are already invested! You must be going haywire!!!

Number One went blue today!! She's still in her cuddly hide- she's so cute! One other baby figured out how to get into the snuggly like that. My house is devoid of anything remotely hide-like at this point. The last two got crinkly brown paper from a packing box. I was wondering if tinsel would work...

Actually, the count here is misleading. There was a big clump of 11 eggs, glued together. Those have all hatched. Then there were five separate Grade A Extra Large eggs. The first of those pipped and hatched with the last of the clump, and of the remaing four, two are pipped.

Buy some eggs & chop up the carton to get individual cups? Empty prescription bottles? Soda bottle caps? No, that wouldn't work with these jumbo hatchlings. Folded construction paper?
